Parkside's Afimaa Dankwa wins women's title after two years as runner-up

ST. THOMAS - It is three consecutive years for the Glendale Gemini tennis team.
The Gemini three-peated as Thames Valley Region Athletics (TVRA) tennis team champs, edging the Parkside Stampeders, by two points and St. Joe's Rams, by three points, Wednesday at Pinafore Park.
Glendale took two of the five divisions, with men's doubles of Liam Nunn and Cohen Schott and mixed doubles of Roxanne MacDonald and Caleb Racz.
Parkside's Afimaa Dankwa defeated Huron Park Huskies Payton Cowan, in the women's singles final.
in the men's singles final, East Elgin Eagles Marius Agoston defeated Parkside Stampeders Charlie Gunn.
Claire Harmer and Chloe Knoll won an all WCI women's doubles final against teammates Aurora House and Robyn Wilson.
Top two in each of the five disciplines move on to WOSSSAA, May 22 in Stratford.
