BARRIE, Ont. - The Dorchester Dragons are Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) U18 tier 1 silver medalists. The South Muskoka Bears edged Dorchester, 5-4, in double overtime, in the final for the provincial title. Dorchester trailed 4-1 in the third period, before scoring three goals in 70 seconds, to send the game to OT. Scoreless after one period, the Bears built their lead with three power play goals and one while shorthanded. In the semis, Dorchester edged the Parry Sound Shamrocks, 2-1.

BARRIE, Ont. - The Dorchester Dragons are in the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) U18 tier 1 semifinals. The Dragons won both pool games, defeating Ennismore and Saugeen Shores. Dorchester faces Parry Sound in the semifinals Sunday.

LAMBETH, Ont. - After opening with a wild 10-10 tie, the Dorchester Dragons took over their six point series. Dorchester won three consecutive games, to claim the U15 LL1 division title, capped with a 6-4 road win today, seven points to one.
Colin McMillan with a hat trick, Evan Stevens, two goals and Mason Faulkner scored for Dorchester.
Goalie Carter Flint made several saves keeping the score, 2-1, for Lambeth, until the Dragons caught fire in the third period.
In game three, at Dorchester Saturday, McMillin and Sam Hunter with two each and Faulkner, potted goals, in a 5-4 win. Dorchester took a three points to one lead, with a 9-3 win on March 24, led by four goals from Stevens.
McMillan, with two, Faulkner, Liam Rice and Mark Taylor, rounded out the Dorchester
scoring.

EXETER, Ont. - Ryan Johnson sniped a hat trick and Brett Humphries had a goal and three assists, as the Dorchester Dragons defeated the BCH Icedogs, 5-2, in the final of the U15 division, at the South Huron 32nd annual Bill Batten Memorial hockey tournament.

DORCHESTER - Already with a pair of tournament wins this season, the Dorchester Atom A Dragons had their biggest achievement of the season, qualifying for International Silver Stick.
The Dragons went undefeated at a regional Silver Stick tournament, in Alvinston, December 28-30th.

DORCHESTER - Dorchester is currently celebrating two Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) championships with the bantam BB and bantam AE Dragons, winning titles within three days of each other. Dragons’ captain Connor Erb scored the only goal on the power play, as Dorchester blanked the Collingwood Winterhawks, 1-0, in game four of the bantam BB final, to win the series, six points to two, here at the Flight Exec Centre. Just 24 hours earlier, Curtis McKay had a hat trick carrying the Dragons to a 3-1 win, at Collingwood, allowing the opportunity to win the final on home ice. Dorchester finishes with an overall record of 41-5-5.

DORCHESTER - The Collingwood Blackhawks avenged a home loss by edging the Dorchester Dragons on their home ice. Two games into the six point series, the teams are tied with two points each, in the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) bantam BB final. Dylan Fish broke a 1-1 tie in the third period for the winner in game two. Collingwood led 1-0, on goal by Luke Moxam. Logan Smith knotted it at ones for Dorchester in the second period. The Dragons won 3-2, at Collingwood, on Saturday, with Curtis McKay scoring with eight seconds left in regulation time. Johnny Ledgley had the Dragons' first two goals.

DORCHESTER - The Dorchester bantam BB Dragons are a step away from one of the best seasons for their minor hockey organization. Up next in the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) championship are the Collingwood Blackhawks, in a six point final, that begins today in Collingwood. Dorchester has yet to lose a game in the OMHA playdowns, defeating Mt Brydges, St. Marys, Caledonia and Thorold. Only Thorold managed to squeeze an extra game out of Dorchester, with a 2-2 tie, in game two of their semi-final. Dorchester's bantam AE team has also made their OMHA final, against the Pelham Panthers. The six point series starts Sunday at Pelham. Dorchester is 10-0 in the playdowns, allowing more than a goal only twice.

DORCHESTER - The Dorchester Dragons captured the Ontario Minor Hockey Association Atom AE title, sweeping aside the Napanee Stars in three straight games, clinching the six point series with 4-2 win.Mike McCague wasted no time sending the home crowd in to a frenzy scoring just 1:40 into the game. Napanee jumped ahead 2-1, before Matthew Krutis tied the affair in the middle frame. Ryan Johnson put away the eventual game winner early third period. Grayson Doherty added an empty net goal. Dorchester won both games at Napanee last weekend.
