ST. THOMAS - Hannah Armstrong, Hannah Satchel and Maddy Chute, each scored a try as the Parkside Stampeders defeated the St. Joe's Rams, 19-5, in a TVRA girls rugby exhibition game today at 1Password Park. Ella Ordonneau kicked a pair of two-point converts.

LONDON, Ont. - Jaimie Giles, of Aylmer, is the Western Mustangs women's rugby rookie of the year forward. The first year nursing student scored a try (five points) in the Mustangs' home opener and helped the team advance to the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) semifinals.

NEW YORK, N.Y. - Anna Fox and her Trent University Excalibur rugby teammates, won the Collegiate women's division, at the New York 7s tournament, November 26, on Randall's Island. Trent went undefeated over four games. Fox, a wing/center from St. Thomas, is a first year student studying biomedical science. New York 7s is the biggest and longest running single day 7s rugby tournament in the United States.
