Haldenby wins trio of Trillium awards

DORCHESTER, Ont. - Katie Haldenby was a three time winner, at the SouthWest Trillium Hunter Jumper Association banquet, held at the Flight Exec Centre, Oct. 15.

Haldenby, with her horse Thornlea Daphne Wild, from HSE Stables south of St. Thomas, are the Large Pony, B Equitation over fences and B Equitation Under Saddle champion.

HSE had 11 riders with top six placements, including two champions.

Madi Perkins, with Mission Accomplished, is the Modified Pony champion and the B Equitation Under Saddle Reserve winner. Perkins also placed sixth, in Open Hunter.

Maggie Myers, with Ollivander, is the Children's Medal champion and Children's Hunter reserve champ and placed fifth in Hack.

Avery Savage, on Milky Way, is the Reserve champ, for both Medium Pony and 2'3" Open Hunter. Savage was also fourth, in B Equitation Under Saddle.

Dakota Shoup, on Hold That Thought, is the Lonh Stirrup champion.

Alexis Coombs is the Reserve champion, in the one-metre 10 division.

Lexie Leatherdale lane, was third in My First Medal, fifth, in both C Equation and Short Stirrup.

Chloe Smith was fourth, in 0.9-metre jumper, while Heather Dunkin, sixth, in Adult Amateur.

Samantha Davies was fourth, in My First Medal.

Maya Minielly, on Sir Isaac, was fifth, in .75-metre Jumper.
