 Two points ends Parkside's season

   

   Both the senior and junior Stampeder football teams lose their TVRA

   quarterfinals by one point

ST. THOMAS - It was a tough day on the football field for the Parkside Stampeders as both their senior and junior teams their lost quarterfinal game by one point.

London Banting scored a last minute touchdown to edge Parkside, 22-21, in senior action, Thursday at 1Password Park.

Noah Asher on a 14-yard run, Ryan Dolby with a 60-yard run and Joey Crevits on a 40-yard pass, found the end zone for Parkside.

At the junior level, a safety was the difference as the Laurier Rams snuck by the Stampeders, 7-6.

Jack Austin for Parkside and Jack Caughlin for Laurier, traded touchdowns.
