Defeat host St. Thomas Storm in fastball Invitational Masters/Legends final,
while Charing Cross take the men's final rallying to defeat Motown

FINGAL, ON. - Dieppe Ridge, from Toronto, captured the Masters / Legends unofficial provincial title, downing the St. Thomas Storm, 8-2, in the final.
Tracy Woolridge was the winning pitcher.
The Storm advance to the final by edging Waterdown, 5-3, in a semifinal, Dan Beecroft earned the in on the rubber, while Chris Wismer had a home run.
St. Thomas went 2-1 in pool play, silencing Waterloo, 13-0, beating Waterdown, 7-4, and falling 14-3, to Dieppe. Mark Coleman had a home run against Waterdown.
Dieppe snuck by Waterdown, 2-1, in their opening game, before thumping the Storm and then losing to Waterloo, 5-3.
Waterdown dropped Waterloo, 10-2.
In the men's final, Charing Cross scored two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning, coming back to edge Moraviantown. Pitcher Guy picked up the win.
In pool play, Charing Cross handed Moraviantown a 11-4 loss and tied Straffordville at two.
Moraviantown dumped Straffordville, 10-3, in a semifinal, after Straffordville edged Moraviantown, 10-9, in both team's final pool game. Moraviantown also silenced Dutton, 12-0.
Straffordville won the battle of Elgin County teams, walking all over Dutton, 17-5.
