ST. THOMAS - In a battle of city rivals, the St. Joe's Rams won the first girls' rugby game in two years.

In the final minute of the game, Rams' Sophie Pellerine scored a try, followed by a successful two-point convert kick, to edge the Parkside Stampeders, 7-5, at 1Password Park.

Hannah Armstrong gave Parkside a 5-0 lead, scoring a try earlier in the half.
