LONDON, Ont. - Olivia Thompson of Thorndale has her first goal in Ontario University Athletics (OUA) field hockey.
The 18-year old rookie with the University of Toronto Blues, scored in the 53rd minute, during a 4-0 shutout of the host Western Mustangs Sunday.
Toronto has three wins and a tie to lead the OUA.
Thompson captained the Medway Cowboys to an OFSAA field hockey championship last November at City Wide Sports Park in London.
