KOMOKA, Ont. - The St. Thomas Stars are no longer undefeated.
Morgan Paine scored twice in the final six minutes of the third period, one into an empty net with 15 seconds remaining, lifting the Komoka Kings to a 5-3 win.
St. Thomas trailed 3-1 after two periods, before Jimmy Sutherland and Graham Littlejohn shorthanded scored tying the game.
Cole Edmundson tallied in the second period.
Evan Miller, Atley Rogers, on the power play, and Ryan Power, also scored for Komoka.
The Kings out shot the Stars, 36-22.
St. Thomas at 5-1, sit second in the GOHL Western conference, behind the 5-0 Chatham Maroons.
Tyran Lawson leads the Stars in scoring, with five goals and two assists. Graham Littlejohn has two goals and four assists.
