STRATFORD, Ont. - Two of the hottest teams in the GOHL clashed.

The Stratford Warriors won a sixth straight game, downing the St. Thomas Stars, 4-1, Friday, handing the Stars just their second loss of the seaosn and the first for goalie Dylan Durno.
St. Thomas opened the scoring on a goal from Reid Harper, assisted by Rory Savage.
However, it was all the home side after that point, with the Warriors out shooting their guest, 37-24, for the game.
Coen Galbraith with the tying and winning goals and McQuen Haylock, both scored twice for Stratford.
Durno is 8-1 with a 1.75 goals-against average and .955 save percentage.
St. Thomas (8-2) sits third in the GOHL Western Confernce with 16 points, behind Chatham (9-2) and first place St. Marys (10-1), but has one game in hand on both teams.
Stars host LaSalle Sunday at 6 p.m., following a St. Thomas Minor hockey tournament this weekend.
