ST. THOMAS - The final four teams for the South Middlesex Men's Fastball League semifinals are set.

The St. Thomas Storm faces the top team from the regular season, the Chippewa Chiefs, while the defending champion Highgate Rock take on the Glencoe Astros.
Dates still to be determined.
Three of the four quarterfinals were two games sweeps, St. Thomas over Dutton, Chippewa downing Fingal and Highgate dusting Charing Cross. Glencoe eliminated Delaware in three games.
The four remaining teams are the top four from the regular season: Chippewa (18-2), Highgate (16-3), Glencoe (12-6) and St. Thomas (12-7).
The Storm are looking to advance to their eighth in final in the past nine seasons. The other three semifinalists are the champions from the past three years, each time defeating St. Thomas in the final.
Excluding the years 2020 and 2021, seasons cancelled due to COVID-19, St. Thomas has made the South Middlesex final seven of the past eight seasons, but haven't won since 2019.
