Cowboys escape Stampeders' corral

   Medway rallies from down two games to defeat Parkside in five games

ST. THOMAS - The Parkside Stampeders had the Medway Cowboys on the ropes.

But as western movies have shown, cowboys are experts when it comes dealing with rope.

Down two games to none, the Cowboys rallied with three consecutive wins and rode off into the sunset with the match win, in Thames Valley Regional Athletics (TVRA) senior girls volleyball, at Parkside C.I.

The first three games of the best of five match, each ended with the score 25-20, with Parkside winning the first two sets. Medway evened the match taking game four, 25-21. The Cowboys completed the come back, branding the Stampeders, 15-11.

Parkside falls to 1-4 in the TVRA Central division, while Medway improves to 3-1.
