East Elgin Eagles' Kendra Horlick is the 2016 Ms. Basketball for TVRA South. Kendra Horlick is Ms. Basketball for Thames Valley Regional Athletic South division. Horlick helped the East Elgin Eagles finish first with an undefeated record in the TVRA South Division, win the TVRA South-East AAA/AA playoff title and take home the bronze medal from WOSSAA.
