St. Joe's win back to back titles with a 3-2 win over cross town rivals

ST. THOMAS - The boys high school season is underway with the crowning of the Elgin Cup champ.
The St. Joe's Rams held off the Parkside Stampeders, 3-2, in the final, April 26 at Password Park, completing a 4-0 day, for back to back titles.
Ante Raic, Val Vanbrenk and Nick Temple scored for the Rams. Rob Connelly and Alex Medeiros replied for Parkside.
East Elgin placed third, blanking Central Elgin.
The Thames Valley Regional regular season begins Monday, April 29th.
St. Joe's, Parkside and East Elgin are in the South-East tier one division, with Tillsonburg Glendale, Woodstock St. Mary's and Ingersoll.
Central Elgin and the Dorchester Beavers are in the South-East tier two division, with from Woodstock, Huron Park, College Ave and Woodstock CI.
The West Elgin Wildcats are now in the Central Division Devos tier two.
