The Dorchester boys singles player leads a group of 12 to WOSSAA

WOODSTOCK, Ont. - Tyler Michaels is a Thames Valley Regional Athletics (TVRA) South-East junior badminton champion.
The Dorchester Beaver won the boys singles' title, defeating St. Joseph's Rams' Neel Patel in the final, Tuesday, at St. Mary's high school.
Michaels leads a group of 12 players, from Dorchester and Elgin County school to WOSSAA (Western Ontario regional), Thursday, May 2, at the Agriplex, in Stratford.
The top four in each of the five disciplines (boys and girls singles; mixed doubles, boys and girls doubles) advance to WOSSAA.
